Summer Casuals

I've been dressing super casual lately. Even though I can't stand it I can't help but put a casual outfit together. It's summer and it's hot! Who really feels like putting in the effort? I only do when I'm at school...that's when I have fun with my multiple personalities, fashion wise. I was so dreadfully bored with this outfit that I decided to wear socks with wedges. I didn't think I would like it but I did. I think it gave the outfit some personality.

I've officially reached 200 followers. I'm very grateful. I really appreciate you guys. Especially since you seem to be interested in my boring life...

Yesterday, I made a complaint about being bored with my wardrobe. Today, I feel completely different. For one I brought my heels back out. I use to wear them every single day. So, now it feels like I'm doing something different since I haven't worn them in almost 3 months straight. Also my top is a skirt...just being creative. And don't mind my beat up old red shoes. I got them when I was 16. It's safe to say they have ran their course. All in all, today was a good day....outfit wise.

School is still a drag but the end is coming really soon and I'm going to really miss it. Even though I complain about it a lot, I do enjoy being here. If it had the major I wanted to do, I would definitely stay. I do hate the campus but you get attached to things after you've been there for so long. I always ask myself, "Am I really sure I want to leave?" I don't want to be miserable when I leave. Just things to think about.

P.S.- I love my hair now. It's funny what time can do. All I needed was time to get use to it! Dress it up a little, see it at it's best and there you go! Thanks for all of your comments and compliments. Definitely helped me feel better.

I wanted to thank you guys for following so far. I've now reached over a 100 followers and I didn't plan on doing that so soon. It's been five months and I can't wait to see the progression at a years time! So, thank you! Hopefully by then I will have got my dream camera (Nikon D3000) and maintained my dream wardrobe  (lots of thrifted vintage) 

I usually don't do weekend post. I usually never get dressed on the weekends.. Those are the days I chill but today I was in a surprisingly good mood and decided to get pretty lol. Two pieces you've seen before, worn a different way. The shoes, however are new to the blog but very old. I got them when I was in high school. Junior year I believe. They hurt like crazy!

I also wanted to start making this blog a little more personal. Meaning posting more than just my outfits so you can get a clear idea of who I am. I've been trying to for a while but it's been difficult for me to make the transition. I'll do my best!

I know you guys are tired of seeing that bag! Bare with me, it's my school bag so I wear it everyday. It's big enough to fit all of my junk, plus my school books. I'll be switching it up in the near future. I buy lots of purses but I never like to switch them out and if I do, I'll wear it for a few months before I switch it again.

I've been bored lately and lazy. I don't really have much to do in my classes at this point. If I do have work it's not that complicated. So I'm just going through the days. I'm actually sad that I'll be leaving my school. I know I'll miss it a lot.

Now, for the clothes. I got this top for a dollar and some change. Score! I got it from a thrift shop here in Daytona. I didn't like it. The top is all I came out of there with. The pants I thrifted back in September. They probably were like $3. The one thing I love about thrifting is that everything is so inexpensive.

Hope is a waking dream.

Today was a pretty good day! Excellent actually. I didn't get aggravated at all and that's very rare lol. I think I told you guys I haven't been able to see for over 6 months now due to me not having any glasses or contacts. And I am blind as a bat! Well, today I FINALLY went to get some contacts and it never felt so good to see! Like, it feels amazing! So very good day! Plus I adored this outfit...been meaning to wear those socks for a while now.
