Color Blocked

Does any one have a legit shopping problem? I definitely do. I have absolutely no self control. It really doesn't help that I work in a retail store where new clothes come in almost everyday! It's pure torture. I'm at that point where I have to start paying back my student loans and I want to pay them back as quickly as possible. I really have to put a stop to my shopping and you don't understand how hard that will be for me.

To help myself, I want to get back to thrifting. Buying everything second hand. I use to do that when I was in college when I barely had any money at all. If I live in my college student budget I can definitely put a dent in student loans..

Now about what I'm wearing! Cobalt blue is one of my favorite colors to wear as well as olive green. So you know I'm loving this outfit! I'm so glad the warm weather is finally trying to make it's way through the cold because I couldn't wait to get back into my skirts and crop tops.

I'm wearing an H&M croptop, Amiclubwear skirt, H&M divived black chunky sandals, Amiclubwear necklace, and Forever 21 pink bag.

Until next time...

Cheetah Print Tracks

I've been feeling a little uninspired by fashion lately. I've been feeling like my style has become so generic for a while. I'm actually positive that it has. When I first began my blog, I was a sophomore in college. I had no money, so I went thrift store shopping. That's all my wardrobe consisted of for like 2 years. So my style was very unique and truly my own. I've actually started to look back at my old photos to get inspiration from myself. Now, that I started working in retail it's really hard for me not to be trendy. Especially working at a store like H&M. The company specifically goes after every trend each season. Since I spend most of my life there, I shop it!

I'm trying to get back to my old self. Stop shopping for one, and gain my style back. I wear so many different styles when I actually think true style is having a style that is YOU and all your own. For example, Solange Knowles. She has a style that she can be identified as, that's all her own. She loves prints and color, everyone knows that. I want to regain that. At one point I had a style all my own. Even when mixing in trends, I always stayed very true to myself.

This outfit is a good way to get back on that track. I usually only photograph my outfits when I'm in heels. In reality, I hardly wear heels anymore because I work so much.

I'm loving this outfit because I'm wearing my favorite print, cheetah, from H&M. Along with an orange skirt c/o amiclubwear, and my new go to chunky sandals from H&M Divided Black.

Until next time...

I'm so excited to show you guys my new Homer Simpson sweatshirt! I love the awesome print of beer cans, chicken, donuts and ice cream it has. Those details make it so fun, unique and CUTE. The pretty pink, yellow, red and purple colors seal the deal. I'm just so in love! There are just so many ways you can wear this sweatshirt. My next outfit with it is already planned in my head! I want to wear red pants or shorts and maybe then yellow pants if I can find some. The possibilities are endless.

In other news, I'm desperately waiting for spring weather to come. We're suppose to be getting snow this week! It's insane. I'm also getting prepared for my move to New York in May. I can't wait. I'm exploding with excitement.

If you love this top as much as I do, you can purchase it HERE from You guys will love this website. I'm wearing my Simpson sweatshirt with a Forever 21 skort and Urbanog nude samdals.

 Until next time...

Pastel Peplum

Oh yes, it's warming up a tad bit! Only a TAD! All of March will still be pretty cold here in D.C., cold but not freezing. I can definitely deal with that. The outfit below will be paired with a long coat and I'm good to go.

I should honestly be a spokes model for H&M. Every outfit I wear is head to toe H&M for the most part. This outfit is no exception. I've been really into the color pink lately. Pastel pink to be specific. I'm just now discovering how freaking fabulous it looks against my skin tone! So, I couldn't wait to bust out this peplum top from H&M trend. I paired it with a dark color to purposely make it stand out. It's such a beauty!

Another love of mine is this fabulous bracelet wrap watch from Winky Designs. It's so absolutely stunning. I love that it comes layered! The chains and semi-precious stones really give it that wow factor. It looks so good dressed up or down. I love pairing it with a t-shirt and boyfriend jeans. They have an entire collection of these called Sweet Dreams. I'm wearing the Tiramisu watch. They have others like Mint Choc Chip, which I love, and Red Velvet.

If you must get your hands on one, I can do you a big fave and give you this 10% discount code: FURBANANAS14. This will expire March 17th at midnight and it's off any item! Enjoy!!

Until next time...

Shine Bright

These pants are literally perfection to me! I couldn't have found a better pair. When they arrived at H&M, I immediately put them on hold. They even come with a matching top. Heaven!! I love the fit and how shiny the material is. I also appreciate the detailing at the bottom of the pants. The splits adds such a nice touch.

It's almost 12am at the moment. I'm planning to cook me a large dinner. Garlic salmon, squash & zucchini, rice w/fresh cilantro and kiwi. Am I doing too much? This meal will go nicely with a few episodes of family guy. Ha!

Top and pants are both H&M. White sandals that I absolutely love are from Zara. $13 on sale ^_^!

So I'm pretty excited to announce my custom made phone case from You get to choose the style of the case, the text you want and then the font and color. It's a cool way to make your phone case unique and personable. I went with Furbananas, of course. I always wanted to see it engraved on something, ha! I also chose my phone case in the purse style. I've been really into purse style phone cases lately. It's really, really convenient! This particular case even doubles as a stand! Could it be anymore perfect?!

Once again, blogger is ruining the quality of my photos for reasons I am not aware of. For better quality images you can visit my tumblr:
