Cheetah Print Tracks

I've been feeling a little uninspired by fashion lately. I've been feeling like my style has become so generic for a while. I'm actually positive that it has. When I first began my blog, I was a sophomore in college. I had no money, so I went thrift store shopping. That's all my wardrobe consisted of for like 2 years. So my style was very unique and truly my own. I've actually started to look back at my old photos to get inspiration from myself. Now, that I started working in retail it's really hard for me not to be trendy. Especially working at a store like H&M. The company specifically goes after every trend each season. Since I spend most of my life there, I shop it!

I'm trying to get back to my old self. Stop shopping for one, and gain my style back. I wear so many different styles when I actually think true style is having a style that is YOU and all your own. For example, Solange Knowles. She has a style that she can be identified as, that's all her own. She loves prints and color, everyone knows that. I want to regain that. At one point I had a style all my own. Even when mixing in trends, I always stayed very true to myself.

This outfit is a good way to get back on that track. I usually only photograph my outfits when I'm in heels. In reality, I hardly wear heels anymore because I work so much.

I'm loving this outfit because I'm wearing my favorite print, cheetah, from H&M. Along with an orange skirt c/o amiclubwear, and my new go to chunky sandals from H&M Divided Black.

Until next time...

If you keep me a promise, I'm keeping mine

These are quite some pants! I love them so much but I feel like they are hard to style. Not the color but the way they fit kind of throws off every top I pair with it! At least in my opinion it does. That doesn't stop them from being a favorite in my closet though. I love the print, the sheen, and the color. A brilliant pair of pants indeed. They remind me of something Solange would wear which is always a plus in my book.

I got my top recently on sale. It was seven dollars! Guess the original price?....... fifty dollars!! Major bargain. I like it because it reminds me of a kenzo sweater. Super stylish.

I'm wearing H&M pants, top and coat (do I ever were anything else). Shoes are from Urbanog.

Until next time..

Flower Power

I'm so obsessed with floral print. I mean, every time I see a floral print I MUST HAVE IT. What I love so much about this dress that I fell head over hills for, is the grandma-y vibe it gives. BUT, it's kept modern with the length and fit. AH, just so in love. Now, join in my love!! ha ha.

I'm wearing all H&M, literally. Shoes, dress, jewelry. My dress however, is from the more high priced department called Trend. If you didn't know that H&M had different brand departments, well now you do. :)

And lets just overlook the horrible state of my hair. It was doing some crazy mess out there. Just roll with it.
Until next time...

Timeless Polka Dots

Will my love for polka dots ever fade? Of course, not! They're timeless!

I'm wearing my absolute fav. pair of shoes from H&M. Super stylish and comfortable to boot. Polka dot circle skirt from H&M, crop top from American Apparel, and denim jacket from H&M.

I'm in such a rush. I have 15 minutes left on my lunch break so, until next time....

p.s. I look like a deer in head lights in some of these photos. It was dark, cloudy, and had to use a flash. Ha ha and this is the result of that.

Tassled Loafers

SO! I'm upset that I had to stop blogging for a whole two months!! Really, really upset about that because I had SO many summer outfits to share. Now the summer is almost over, but I'll try to squeeze in as many as I can. The only reason I stopped blogging is because I literally can't. I no longer have internet at home and it's a hassle trying to go somewhere for wi-fi. Oh, and I moved and while moving I lost my charger for my computer, so that's another big issue. I will, however, make more of an effort to blog. I could carry my laptop with me on my way to work in the mornings and post on my lunch break. I have good news to share but I'll save that for another post.

What I am excited about are these loafers I got on sale at Zara. I've been wanting them FOREVER and was so excited when I saw them on sale. They're everything and more and quite comfortable at that!! I paired them with a linen shirt, boyfriend shorts, both from H&M, my white blazer from forever 21 and a Zara bag that I also got on sale.

Until next time...

Tell me who gone take me off?

Beyonce's Bow Down/I Been On is currently on repeat! These songs get me so hype. I'm going to her world tour in JULY!!! Can not wait!! Plus, that's my birthday month :). Anyway, I want to live, sleep, and bathe in this outfit. Definitely going down as a favorite. Gives me a Kate Moss vibe. I usually hate mini skirts, but being that my bottoms are a skort they were clearly made for me.

I'm wearing the infamous skort from Zara, H&M Icon tee, H&M mesh booties, and H&M jewelry. In other exciting news, I've decided to move to New York. That has always been my main goal and since school is not going the way I planned, why shouldn't I? I gave myself six months to prepare. Hopefully I'll be there sooner. :)))))
