Timeless Polka Dots

Will my love for polka dots ever fade? Of course, not! They're timeless! 

I'm wearing my absolute fav. pair of shoes from H&M. Super stylish and comfortable to boot. Polka dot circle skirt from H&M, crop top from American Apparel, and denim jacket from H&M.

I'm in such a rush. I have 15 minutes left on my lunch break so, until next time....

p.s. I look like a deer in head lights in some of these photos. It was dark, cloudy, and had to use a flash. Ha ha and this is the result of that.

Summer Casuals

A simple outfit I put together to run around downtown DC like a tourist. I love that everything matches. I wish I could have got a clear shot of my shoes. That's the only thing I hate about shooting in the grass but I love looking like I'm in the middle of a grass field somewhere.

I'm wearing a forever 21 crop top and I don't like the fit really, H&M trend knitted shorts that I LOVE, and H&M two toned silver and blue sandals. I must say, these shorts give my body a SICK shape and I mean that in the best way possible! ;)

Simplicity

This is one of the outfits you can expect to see me in at work. Flat forms are the most comfortable shoe to wear if you MUST wear a heel to work. Complete comfort the entire day. And I actually shot this one day after work as soon as I got home. Speaking of work, I'm currently in training to become supervisor! It's a five week training process and I'm in my last week. I'm super excited because I haven't even been there a year and I'm already moving up. And that's extremely quick at H&M. Usually people are there for at least two years before dipping into management. I'm having a proud moment. *pats self on the back*

I'm remembering the moment a year ago when I got promoted at American Apparel to a visual after only four months. I was super excited but ended up hating that position with a PASSION. It took every thing in me to get and go to work every morning. I'm going to hope that it's not the same with this new supervisor position. I know it won't be though. H&M is an AMAZING company I plan on staying with for years and American Apparel was just horrible all around. Yes, I'm throwing the most shade possible.

Oh, I did what I said I would do. I'm currently posting in Starbucks before my 10am shift. See, I'm being a good blogger.

Ratchet

I usually wouldn't wear something like this. Low waist pants with a super crop top. It just has RATCHET all over it. I've just been feeling low waist pants so much lately, so I pair them with everything. So, no, I wouldn't go out in public with my stomach on blast like this. At least not that much showing. A little midriff is okay but not my whole stomach. The very first pic is how I would actually go out. Decently covered. ;) 

I'm wearing a crop top from American Apparel, my new favorite pair of pants from H&M (men section of course), a plaid shirt I stole from my brother, Urbanog heels, H&M gold chain necklace, and American Apparel sunnies.

 I hate my hair in these photos. I'm getting so sick of it. It's really because it needs to be cut and tamed. Oh, I decided to dye my hair blonde!! Stay tuned for that. ^_^

I went to New York for the weekend. Of course I didn't take any pics!! I had the most amazing time. My new and most important goal is now to move New York!! Moving on, I got these amazing shorts from H&M, men's section of course. I'm so in love with this PRINT!! I don't like the shirt I paired with it but I didn't really have anything else. It'll have to do and I'll just have to style these bad boys again.

Music by Brandy is currently on repeat right now. Favorite song at the moment. 

I'm wearing an American Apparel crop top & book bag, H&M shorts and pullover, Urbanog heels. I tried to give you guys a different background. Fail. I chose the wrong time of the day to shoot. There was no sunlight and lawd knows I NEED light. The images just came out poorly overall but once again, what else is new?

Funny Valentine

It's still cold enough to rock a fur but warm enough to crop it out! This winter weather is definitely trying to hold on tight! It's okay because I love to mix winter and spring/summer clothes together. Looks amazing in my opinion. 

I'm wearing the cutest ombre' trousers from H&M. A very relaxed material for a relaxed fit. Can't wait to style these more during the summer. Wearing my trousers with an American Apparel crop top and H&M gold chain necklace which is my new fav. 

I'm laying in bed right now listening to My Funny Valentine by Chaka Khan. It's on repeat and has been for the last week. Can you listen to one song over and over for a couple of days? I definitely can. It's one of those songs that instantly puts me in a happy place. It just changes my entire mood, instantly. I feel all good inside.
