Lace, Stripes, & Color

This is another attempt at me taking my own photos. It was hard! Plus, it was super hot outside. I think my camera over heated. Moving on, I'm back in DC. Well, North Virginia, DC just sounds better to me. I got here Sunday and I've been doing absolutely nothing since I've been here. I did make an earring but besides that, just been in the bed counting down the days until I leave.

Classes for my new school start July 11th, so I'm super excited. My birthday is July 7th, so I'm assuming it's going to suck. I've never had an awesome birthday before except for my 16th, so I'm not trippin'! I just want me some Jefferey Campbell Lita's and I'll be alright. I'm also getting an apartment instead of staying in the dorms and this will be my first. My mom has been looking for places and I think we found one. So many exciting things coming up!

The skirt I'm wearing is from the thrift  store and my sister actually got it for me. I definitely got my family into thrifting. They all went together while I was still in Florida. I meant to put the floral platform wedges I'm wearing in my recent haul post but I forgot. I got them at Ross for $18.99. It was love at first site! I'll probably be doing a DIY for the earring I made, so be looking out for that. I'm also wearing a new necklace that I just got from forever 21. It's a huge cross and I love it!!!
